Dinner 1/31/2015

Last night's dinner was an Italian seasoned chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and provolone cheese baked in the oven.  I also made a batch of mashed garlic cauliflower topped with bacon and cheese.  I made extra of each so I'll be eating on this all week.  Yum!
